In case of problems, I offer clients comprehensive representation in court proceedings, both on the side of employees and on the side of employers. My goal is to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients, whether it is defending their rights or reaching a fair settlement. In addition to court proceedings, I also represent clients in proceedings before the State Office of Labor Inspection, where we deal with inspections and possible sanctions related to compliance with labor law regulations.
